Cash Payments
Cash on pickup (Kyiv)
When picking up your order at our pickup point, our experts will show you the full configuration, test your computer’s performance, and answer any questions about its operation.
Cash on delivery by store courier (Kyiv)
Our specialist will check the configuration, all included components, and additional order details. Payment is made only after the product is delivered to your address. If needed, the courier can assist with initial setup and demonstrate system functionality.
Cash on delivery with Nova Poshta
You can pay for your order at a Nova Poshta branch upon receiving and inspecting the product. For this service, Nova Poshta charges an additional fee of 20 UAH plus 2% of the product price.
Cashless Payment Methods
Invoice for individuals
After finalizing your computer configuration and order details, you will receive an invoice that can be paid via any bank or mobile banking app. Payment is made to our IBAN account, and commission fees depend on your bank. To speed up processing, please inform your manager once payment is completed.
Online payment
After placing an order, you can pay securely online with Visa or Mastercard via the Portmone service. A 5% service fee is applied by Portmone.
Invoice for legal entities
Legal entities can also use cashless payments. Once the order is confirmed, you will receive an invoice for payment via IBAN. To accelerate processing, notify your manager after completing the transfer.
PC Assembly Service Prepayment
When ordering a computer, you enter into a "Household Contract for Work" for system administrator services (assembly, BIOS/OS setup, drivers, fan control, stress testing).
Service cost — "8% of component price" (invoice provided individually).
Payment Terms:
- Prepayment (deposit) — "8% of component cost" before procurement and assembly begins.
- Deposit secures contract performance and covers selection/procurement costs for your configuration.
- Upon contract refusal after signing: deposit is non-refundable (Art. 570 of the Civil Code of Ukraine).
