User Agreement

1. Terms of use of the site gamingpc.com.ua

1.1 This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) is an offer of conditions for the use of online store gamingpc.com.ua (hereinafter referred to as the Site), represented by the Administration of the site and an individual (hereinafter referred to as the User), and regulating the terms of purchase of goods in the store, as well as the provision of information by the User for placement on the Site.

1.2. the User of the Site is any natural person who has ever accessed the Site, who has reached the age of acceptance of this Agreement.

1.3. The User is obliged to fully familiarize himself with this Agreement before purchasing computers and accessories on the Site. In case of disagreement with the terms of the Agreement, the use of the Site by the User shall be immediately terminated.

1.4. This Agreement may be changed and/or amended by the Site Administration unilaterally without any special notice. These Rules are an open and publicly available document.

1.5. The Agreement provides for mutual rights and obligations of the User and the Website Administration on the following items:

* The order of using the Site;

* Privacy Policy;

* Limitation of liability of the Site Administration;

2. Procedure of the Agreement

2.1. When placing orders, you agree to provide true and accurate information about yourself and your contact details. Online store of gaming computers GamingPC reserves the right to send our promotional offers to your number specified in the order. In case of refusal we undertake to exclude your address from sms mailing. And also you agree with the terms of warranty described in the section Warranty and agree with the rules of exchange and return of goods specified in the section Payment and delivery

In this case, you are responsible that this appeal is not illegal, threatening, violates copyright, discrimination against people on any grounds, as well as contains insults or otherwise violates the current legislation of Ukraine.

3. Personal information of the User

3.5. 4. Limitation of liability of the Site Administration

The opinion of the Administration of the site may not coincide with the opinion and position of the authors of reviews and comments. At the same time, the Administration of the site takes all possible measures to prevent the publication of messages that violate applicable law or morality.

4.5. Administration of the site is not responsible for possible illegal actions of the User in relation to third parties, or third parties in relation to the User.

4.6. Administration of the site is not responsible for the statements of the User, produced or published on the site gamingpc.com.ua

4.7. Administration of the site is not responsible for damage, losses or expenses (real or possible) arising in connection with this Site, its use or impossibility of use.

4.8. The administration of the site is not responsible for incomplete, inaccurate, incorrect indication of the User's data when creating the User's account.

4.9. In case of problems in the use of the site gamingpc.com.ua, disagreement with specific sections of the User Agreement, or receipt by the User of unreliable information from third parties, or information of offensive nature, any other unacceptable information, please contact the administration of the Site gamingpc.com.ua so that the Administration of the site can analyze and eliminate the relevant defects, to limit and prevent the receipt of unwanted information on the Site, as well as, if necessary, to limit or stop the use of the Site gamingpc.com.ua. 10.

4.10. For the purposes of the above, the Site Administration reserves the right to delete the information posted on the Site and to take technical and legal measures to terminate access to the Site Users who, according to the conclusion of the Site Administration, create problems in the use of the Site by other Users, or Users who violate the requirements of the Agreement.

5. Procedure of validity of the Agreement

5.1 This Agreement is a contract. The site Administration reserves the right to both change this Agreement and introduce a new one. Such changes come into force from the moment of their placement on the Site. The use of materials of the site by the User after the changes of the Agreement automatically means their acceptance.

5.2 This Agreement comes into force at the first visit of the Site by the User and is valid between the User and the Company during the whole period of the User's use of the Site.

5.3. The use of the Site by Users is possible strictly within the framework of the Agreement and the legislation of Ukraine on intellectual property rights.

5.4. All trademarks and names referenced in the materials of this Site are the property of their respective owners.

5.5. The User agrees not to reproduce, not to repeat, not to copy, any parts of the Site, except when such permission is given to the User by the Administration of the Site.

5.6. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Issues not regulated by the Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
