ROG Falcata
The ROG Falcata is a gaming keyboard that cares about your comfort, as its compact 75% form factor and unique split design provide unrivaled ergonomics and precision control. It features hot-swappable ROG HFX V2 magnetic switches and ROG Hall Sensor for instant response to every keystroke. Other features include a Rapid Trigger switch, an intuitive multi-function key with wheel, ROG SpeedNova 8K wireless technology and three connectivity modes. The unique Zone Mode optimizes hardware settings and allows the ROG Falcata to achieve top-end performance instantly. For added comfort, there's four-layer damping and removable silicone wrist rests.
Maximum space - maximum control
The ROG Falcata's 75% format retains all the keys you need - arrow, function and navigation keys - while keeping the keyboard compact. Its unique design allows you to detach the right side of the keyboard, leaving the left side for maximum comfort while gaming. Compared to the "65%" keyboard, this split format gives even more space for active mouse movements.
ROG HFX V2 Magnetic Switches
These next-generation pre-lubricated magnetic switches feature a crisp, precise actuation feel and instant response, with a lifespan of 100 million keystrokes. The polycarbonate top and POM plastic base and stem ensure extremely smooth key travel, while the walled stem design increases stability and prevents dust from entering the case. The result is consistently smooth, reliable and crisp actuation during gaming and typing.
Customize the trigger point
With the ROG Hall sensor and HFX V2 magnetic switches, the Falcata keyboard's trigger point can be adjusted to within 0.01mm from 0.1-3.5mm. You can change the set point using the multifunction wheel or the Gear Link web interface.
ROG Hall Effect Technology
Due to the HFX V2 Magnetic switches' ability to operate stably under fluctuating magnetic field conditions, the magnetic field sensor chip is mounted directly on the PCB, closer to the magnet. This makes the sensor more sensitive, accurate and reliable regardless of board thickness.
Rapid Trigger switch
A special switch on the left side at the top of the ROG Falcata activates the Rapid Trigger function, which provides the fastest possible key response and the highest key re-action frequency when the keys are pressed. As standard, this feature is only activated for WASD keys.
Speed Tap mode
In Speed Tap mode, as soon as the system detects two keystrokes (e.g. A + D), it will give priority to the last keystroke and automatically ignore the previous one. This means that in FPS games, pressing two keys that are responsible for opposite directions of movement will no longer cause the character to stop. On the contrary, you can change direction instantly without releasing the previous key - this eliminates the time lag to start moving in the other direction and ensures accurate aiming every time.
Intuitive operation
An innovative multi-function button and wheel allows you to easily adjust various settings, including volume, keyboard backlight, trigger point position, personalized commands, and control media playback. In addition, an LED panel at the top of the keyboard displays dynamic lighting effects to demonstrate real-time settings.
Multiple connectivity modes
ROG Falcata can simultaneously work with up to five devices connected via ROG SpeedNova 8K (wireless), Bluetooth or USB (cable). Experience ultra-fast response with up to 8,000Hz polling rate in SpeedNova wireless mode or when connected via cable - 8x faster than most gaming keyboards. And latency is as low as 0.125ms (instead of 1ms) for the most accurate real-time action. Plus, in SpeedNova wireless mode, the keyboard will last up to 200 hours without recharging.
Two-piece PBT plastic ROG caps
ROG's two-piece injection molded PBT plastic caps provide the durability and tactile feel of a premium product. The keys feature a gaming-optimized design, using mid-height caps and a shorter stem than other solutions to reduce key wobble and increase user comfort.
ROG Key Stabilizer
This pre-lubricated stabilizer has been specifically designed for gaming keyboards to reduce friction for optimal key feel, which is especially important when pressing long keys such as Space, Shift and Enter.
