Installment Payment via the "Pay Later" Service
In our store, you can purchase goods in installments using the financial service "Pay Later" (paylater.com.ua), which operates on the "Buy Now Pay Later" model.
This service allows you to receive the item immediately and pay for it in parts over a chosen period, without visiting a branch and with the contract signed electronically.
Our store is not a financial institution, does not provide loans, and does not set the final installment terms — we only forward your application to the "Pay Later" service. All decisions regarding the possibility of providing financing, its amount, terms, and other parameters are made exclusively by the "Pay Later" company in accordance with Ukrainian consumer lending legislation.

How to Make a Purchase with "Pay Later"
Choose a product and payment term
Add the item to your cart and, at the checkout stage, select the payment method "Pay Later / Installment Payment" and specify the desired loan term: 3, 6, or 9 months.
Fill in and confirm your order
Enter your contact details, select a delivery method, and confirm the order with the chosen "Pay Later" option. (This step takes place on our store's website.)
Call from the store manager
After the order is placed, our manager will contact you to clarify the details, agree on the delivery date and method, and confirm that you wish to use the "Pay Later" service. (This process follows the standard cooperation scheme between online stores and installment providers.)
Verification and approval of terms by the "Pay Later" service
Next, a manager from the "Pay Later" credit company will contact you to clarify additional information, verify the possibility of providing installment financing, and agree on the financing terms. You will receive full information about the payment schedule, total cost of the installment plan, and other essential contract terms.
Electronic contract and first payment
The contract is drawn up and signed electronically, without visiting a branch.
After signing the contract, you must make the first payment, the amount of which depends on the chosen loan term and the conditions of the "Pay Later" program. The payment details for the first and subsequent payments will be provided by the service manager.
Receipt of goods
After confirmation of the first payment and receipt of funds, the order is handed over for delivery in accordance with the agreed terms. You may receive goods purchased on credit through "Pay Later" only upon presentation of a document verifying the buyer's identity. (This is a standard requirement for identifying the order recipient.)

The parameters listed below represent the main conditions for installment purchases through "Pay Later" in our store. The exact financing terms, including the actual annual interest rate and total credit cost for the consumer, are provided directly by the "Pay Later" service before the contract is signed.
Installment term: 3, 6, or 9 months.
Minimum order amount: from UAH 1,000.
Maximum order amount: up to UAH 900,000 (unless otherwise stipulated by the "Pay Later" service conditions for a specific transaction).
First payment: mandatory upon registration — the amount depends on the chosen loan term and installment program.
Contract: signed electronically, without visiting a branch.
Subsequent payments: made according to the schedule provided by the "Pay Later" service, via the payment details specified in the contract or communicated by the service manager.
The actual annual interest rate, presence or absence of fees, total payment amount, and other costs depend on the specific "Pay Later" program and are reflected in the service's informational materials and in the contract.

Required Documents
To arrange an installment purchase through "Pay Later," the following are typically required:
A Ukrainian citizen's passport or another identity document accepted by the service.
Taxpayer registration number (identification code).
The service may additionally request other information or documents (for example, confirmation of contact details) if required by its internal risk management policy.

Important Information and Risk Warning
Our store does not set or modify installment terms — all financing parameters are determined by the "Pay Later" service and specified in the contract between you and the financial service provider company.
Before signing the contract, you must receive complete, truthful, and up-to-date information about the actual annual interest rate, the estimated total credit cost for the consumer, the payment schedule, all possible fees, penalties, and early repayment terms.
