Free address delivery of PC in Kiev by our courier.
There is a possibility of delivery by courier from the store (only when ordering a PC or a set of PC+monitor+peripherals). When ordering peripherals without a system unit - delivery is carried out exclusively by New Post to the branch.
Important
When receiving the goods, be sure to inspect the goods for: scratches, cracks or other mechanical damage.
After the buyer took the goods in hand and fully paid for it at the branch of New Post or courier, claims on the appearance of the purchased goods are not accepted!
IMPORTANT!!! If you need boxes of components, specify it in your order, if such a note from you in the order will not be, boxes are not sent, as they do not affect the warranty obligations of our store.

A). Cash on delivery via Novaya Pochta - (+2% of the cost of goods +20 UAH) tariff courier service NP.

Д). Online payment via Portmone by Visa and Mastercard (+5% Service fee).
Е). Payment by invoice for CTV We will provide an invoice for payment by bank transfer with VAT (+3% Service Charge).
Prepayment
Assembly of gaming computers costing up to 50 000 UAH is sent without prepayment, over 50 000 UAH. - prepayment 4%
Cashless payment for legal entities and enterprises
The invoice is issued from the store with VAT +3% service fee. The invoice can be sent by e-mail. Delivery is made after payment.
Documents
If you decide to buy a gaming computer in our online store, you will receive an invoice and a warranty card together with the computer. If you are a legal entity, you will also receive an invoice and delivery note.
Return of goods
If you are not satisfied with the product purchased in our online computer store, you can return it within the first 14 days after purchase. The return is subject to goods that have no traces of use: scratches, chips, scuffs, skin grease, dirt, etc. Exchange or return of goods can be made through the New Post (return shipping is paid by the buyer).
Must be preserved:
- full set of goods;
- box without scratches, torn off parts and tears;
- labels;
- factory markings must be fully visible.
Stages of returning goods by New Post:
- the customer fills out an application for the return of goods and sends a scanned copy with a signature to the e-mail of our online store;
- the store sends you a copy of the return invoice to the client's e-mail;
- the client sends the goods by New Post at his own expense;
- our employee receives the goods returned by the client;
- within 3-4 working days from the moment of receiving the goods our employee (working days of the service department from Monday to Friday) checks the operability of the goods, as well as on the subject of substitution of goods and components or partial lack of components in the system unit, if it is a computer.
- according to the results of the check, we return the money for the goods within 14 working days.
Before the return we ask you to call in advance with the manager of our online store to coordinate the details.
Important
If you decide to return the goods within 14 days, you should understand that you are refunded only the amount of the cost of goods, if your goods were paid by cash on delivery, the commission of 2%+20 UAH, which you paid to New Post on top of the cost of goods, will not be reimbursed to you. All additional costs to pay for the goods are a voluntary decision of the buyer.
Also you need to understand that the legislation of Ukraine gives you the right to get acquainted with the goods within 14 days, not the full use of the goods, and then return! Regarding the PC, this means that you can start the PC to check through the task manager, the compliance of all parts, as well as check the compliance of all parts by opening the case covers. Turn on the PC and see if you like the backlight, if any, feel the noise, weight and size, try it on to see if it fits your interior, etc. If you have installed all kinds of programs and games on your PC within 13 days, especially games from pirate sites, etc. Downloaded files from torrents and sites with dubious reputation, the store has the right to refuse to return the goods, arguing the state of the goods as second-hand, that is, formerly in full use! As for peripherals you have every right to try on, inspect, hold in your hands or put on your head, to carry out all sorts of manipulations for SIGNIFICANCE, as a rule for this is enough for a day. All the remaining time is given with a reserve that would be comfortable for you to return the goods without rushing.
